HOW I CAN FEEL GOOD ....
Agar aap achha mehsoos karna chahte hain, to kuch asaan cheezein apna sakte hain:

4...Aapne liye waqt nikaalein – Apni pasand ki cheezein karein, chahe wo kitaab padhna ho ya music sunna ho.
5...Dost ya family ke saath waqt guzaarain – Apne loved ones ke saath waqt guzarna aapko khushi de sakta da skta hai .
